Getting Mooned - Pic of the Week

So, thank goodness for digital. That's all I've got to say. It took me two days and I won't even tell you how many shots to get a decent pic of the moon. Stay tuned for more moon pics and for a tutorial on how to get a good photo of the moon.

Holy Cocktails Batman!

Well, it felt AWESOME to go out and shoot an event on Saturday. I love a change of pace and getting out there where the action is. It was Montessori of Maui's Fire and Ice Gala, their biggest fundraiser of the year and man... was it awesome.

Garnish Events donated the bar and services. Good Lord... if you are having a wedding or event on Maui and don't have Garnish Events booked for your cocktail/beverage service... well... you are doing yourself a disservice.

People would literally gasp when they saw the trays of gorgeous cocktails come out, and they were equally impressed with how delicious everything was. (Even I couldn't resist a taste of the "Winter Thyme" signature cocktail made with organic tangerine, lemon, thyme, honey and gin.)
